Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and fearless Business Development Manager to join our vibrant team. This is a commission-based sales position that requires a self-starter with a proven track record in digital sales. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, a passion for digital marketing, and the drive to succeed in a competitive environment. This role will also require attendance at various events to represent CREATIVE JOLT and network with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Present and sell CREATIVE JOLT’s digital marketing services to potential clients.
  • Understand clients’ needs and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote CREATIVE JOLT.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sales, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital sales, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A confident, outgoing personality with the ability to connect with people easily.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends.
  • Willingness and ability to attend events and represent CREATIVE JOLT.
